At Chosen Collective, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when shopping with us.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • U.S. Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

    • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipping.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery times beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at inspiredbycandace01@gmail.com so we can assist you.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
