Returns & Exchanges


We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with any tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items

  • Digital products (downloads/courses), gift cards, and final-sale/clearance items.

  • Personalized or custom items.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size/style and it’s in stock, we can exchange it.

  • If not available, we’ll issue store credit once your return is approved.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@thechosencollectiveshop.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return/exchange.

  2. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll approve the refund/exchange or contact you if there’s an issue.

Return shipping costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

Refund timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we process your return.

Damaged/incorrect items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right quickly.
