Return window

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with any tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items

Digital products (downloads/courses), gift cards, and final-sale/clearance items.

Personalized or custom items.
Exchanges

If you’d like a different size/style and it’s in stock, we can exchange it.

If not available, we’ll issue store credit once your return is approved.
How to start a return

Email support@thechosencollectiveshop.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return/exchange.

We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.

Once received and inspected, we’ll approve the refund/exchange or contact you if there’s an issue.
Return shipping costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we process your return.
Damaged/incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right quickly.
